2) Unit Head Compliance & Monitoring:

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Complaints Officer:

• Look over regulatory cases and complaint records
• Work with SBP, FIA, and Banking Mohtasib
• Make MIS, screens, and management reports
• Make sure that CGHM complaints are handled quickly and correctly

Unit Head Compliance:

• Do risk-based checking of compliance
• Make sure that SBP, AML/CFT, and company policies are followed.
• Look over SOPs and goods before putting them into action.
• Write up reports for the Board and top management

Shariah Scholar:

• Islamic banking goods should be based on Shariah law.
• Look over the rules, contracts, and SOPs.
• Give your Shariah views and help Shariah government
• Help out Shariah Board and reviews of compliance

Risk & Control Officer:

• Perform Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
• Identify operational risks and control gaps
• Maintain KRIs, dashboards, and issue logs
• Coordinate with audit and compliance teams

Finance & Accounts Officer

• Make financial records that follow IFRS.
• Take care of SBP returns and financial reports
• Help with planning, budgeting, and reports
• Keep ERP records and internal rules up to date.
