• Maintain a current record of all fixed assets and valuable products.

• Assist in the administration of office premises and furniture, and coordinate repairs or maintenance as necessary.
• Carry out additional related responsibilities as needed or directed, including offering support to other departments or functions.
• Consistently maintain and update the WHO systems (GIMS/WMS) and produce monthly and ad hoc reports on regional hub warehousing operations (inbound and outbound shipments), including inventory levels and stock movements, office consumables, and office equipment. Generate monthly inventory reports accompanied by indicative analyses that identify the fundamental causes of any discrepancies.
