Under the guidance of the National Human Resources Officer, the consultant shall be accountable for the following duties:

- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in instructing Serbian to adult learners;
- A minimum of two years of experience in instructing Serbian to adult non-native speakers;
- Extensive experience in delivering formal language instruction emphasizing grammar and linguistic structure, as well as in providing conversational and “survival” style courses. ·Proven experience in delivering virtual courses through online platforms;
- Proven experience in conducting assessments of learning requirements, evaluating educational programs, and developing curricula and lesson plans;
- Capacity to modify the curriculum to accommodate diverse learning requirements and styles;
- Proficiency in English, demonstrated through both written and verbal communication;
- Proficient in computer skills with practical experience in Microsoft Office applications;
