Role Overview:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care while supporting and mentoring other care staff. Your leadership and personal care skills will help ensure our residents feel safe, supported, and respected at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care including support with bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting
• Administer medication safely and accurately as per care plans and company policies
• Lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants, offering coaching and support
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and family members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and changes in residents’ condition
• Promote a positive, respectful, and home-like environment for residents

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of care experience, including leadership or senior support roles
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or international equivalent) is preferred
