Role Overview:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care while supporting and mentoring other care staff. Your leadership and personal care skills will help ensure our residents feel safe, supported, and respected at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care including support with bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting
- Administer medication safely and accurately as per care plans and company policies
- Lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants, offering coaching and support
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and family members to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and changes in residents’ condition

Required Qualifications and Skills:
