Role-Wise Responsibilities & Skills:

1) Manager, Estate & Business Development (Centre):

Purpose: Lead estate management and commercial expansion in the Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make business and land management plans.
  • Encourage new leases, rent changes, and extensions.
  • Keep an eye on site surveys, title/encroachment problems, and land use due diligence.
  • Get RFPs, lease/license agreements, and MoUs ready and discuss them.
  • Work together with the audit, legal, financial, and tech teams
  • Watch how well tenants do their jobs and collect rent.
  • Make business plans, income forecasts, and board papers every year.
  • Help area employees and make sure they follow company service rules

Ideal Profile:

  • 15 or more years of experience managing real estate or assets, business leasing, or big building projects
  • Knowledgeable about land rules, getting permission from the city, and PPP and business models
  • Excellent skills in planning, negotiating, and managing stakeholders

2) Assistant Manager Finance

Purpose: Manage financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cash reports and statements every month or every three months.
  • Keep up with the general ledger, the fixed asset register, and the reconciliations.
  • Watch over billing, income recognition, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Organize audits, tax returns, and reports to regulators.
  • Help with planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Set up internal controls and strict rules for paperwork

Ideal Profile:

  • ACCA or CA (Part-Qualified) with at least five years of work in accounting and corporate finance
  • Understanding of IAS/IFRS, taxes, and auditing methods in the public sector
  • ERP and financial system knowledge and advanced Excel skills

3) Executive (Admin/Coord)

Purpose: Provide administrative and coordination support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take care of office management, paperwork, and document control
  • Plan travel, talks, and other details.
  • Help HR/admin with managing attendance, assets, and vendors
  • Write letters, keep track of approvals, and help with checks.

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics/Administration with 5+ years relevant experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills
