Responsibilities of Driver Jobs in Belize:

• Transportation services for UNFPA officials and personnel. Ensures the delivery of dependable and secure driving services by a) operating office vehicles for the transportation of UNFPA staff, officials, and visitors, and b) welcoming official personnel and visitors at the airport, including providing assistance with visa and customs procedures as needed.
• Ensures cost efficiency by properly utilizing allotted vehicles through precise maintenance of daily vehicle logs and providing input for the development of vehicle maintenance plans and reports.
• Ensures the proper daily maintenance of the allotted vehicle through routine minor repairs, coordination of major repairs, timely oil changes, inspection of tires, brakes, and water levels, as well as vehicle cleaning, thereby maintaining the vehicle in a clean and optimal working condition.
• Ensures the availability of all essential documents and supplies, including vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, vehicle records, office directory, city or country map, first aid kit, and necessary spare parts for the assigned vehicle.
• Ensures that all necessary actions mandated by rules and regulations are undertaken in the event of an accident.
• Provides prompt and efficient administrative support, including but not limited to
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
  • Answering telephone calls, directing calls, and responding to routine inquiries
  • Delivery and collection of mail, documents, and other items

Qualifications and Experience of Driver Jobs in Belize:
