Job Description:

We are currently in search of a Dishwasher who is both dependable and dedicated to our team at Bulldozer Group, a distinguished hospitality company in Dubai. You will be instrumental in the kitchen’s cleanliness and hygiene, as well as in the support of the culinary team and the efficient operation of the kitchen, as a Dishwasher.

Responsibilities:

• Sanitize and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Ensure the efficient and effective operation of dishwashing machines by loading and unloading them.
• Hand wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils as necessary.
• Guarantee that all items are meticulously cleansed, rinsed, and dried.
• Arrange and store dishes and equipment that have been cleaned in designated locations.
• Contribute to the preservation of sanitation and order in the kitchen by sweeping and mopping the floors.
• Regularly empty trash cans and dispose of refuse in accordance with the company’s policies.
• Adhere to appropriate sanitation and food safety protocols at all times.
• Assist the culinary team in the completion of fundamental food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a seamless workflow by collaborating with the culinary staff.
