1) Deputy Project Director (1 Position)
a top leadership position in charge of planning, monitoring success, and coordinating large-scale infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
- The degree should be in an area related to civil engineering, water resources management, environmental engineering, public administration, or something similar.
Experience:
- 10+ years in large infrastructure projects
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or something similar
- FIDIC contract knowledge, running a utility company
- For keeping track of projects, Primavera, MS Project, and Jira/Asana
- Experience with projects backed by donors (WB/AIIB)
2) Manager Procurement/Contracts (1 Position):
In charge of purchasing tools and managing contracts, mainly for mechanical and civil works.
Qualifications:
- 16 years of schooling in engineering, law, business administration, or a connected field
- Master’s degree or a certificate or degree in foreign procurement is preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years in procurement and contract management
Preferred Skills:
- Managing FIDIC contracts and being exposed to World Bank and MDP buying
- Invitations to bid, evaluations, awards, and managing contracts
3) Gender Specialist (1 Position):
Ensures gender-responsive delivery, safe engagement, and compliance with social safeguards.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Development, Anthropology, Public Policy, or related
Experience:
- 7–10 years in gender, social development, GBV/SEA/SH prevention
- Knowledge of World Bank ESF, SEA/SH Good Practice Notes
