Job Overview:

The P2P consortium is seeking a Protection Monitoring Coordinator to design and implement a standardized protection monitoring system tailored to the needs of the P2P programme. This system will facilitate the collection, verification, and analysis of information over an extended period, with the aim of identifying rights violations and protection risks affecting populations on the move. The objective is to support the development of effective responses and evidence-based advocacy. The Protection Coordinator shall be a member of the P2P Consortium Management Unit.

Responsibilities of Protection Monitoring Coordinator Jobs in Tunisia:

• Identify and delineate the data and information requirements for the P2P Protection Monitoring System in accordance with the protection analytical framework.
• Evaluate the relevance of existing protection monitoring activities for P2P
• Develop both quantitative and qualitative instruments for the protection monitoring system in accordance with the PIM Framework and the P2P Analytical Framework.
• Establish standardized units of analysis for protection monitoring in mixed migration contexts, utilizing extant DRC tools.
• Gather and integrate input and feedback from pertinent stakeholders and primary users.
• Establish system Standard Operating Procedures and analytical protocols
• Formulate a comprehensive plan for the deployment of the Protection Monitoring System
• Create comprehensive training materials and formulate a training plan for field teams.
• Assist in the development of protection monitoring displays

• Formulate a revision plan for the Protection Monitoring System following the deployment phase.
• Assist in program development through the utilization of protection monitoring data, including the preparation and evaluation of concept notes and proposals.
• Oversee the coordination of technical inputs related to protection monitoring from country offices, consortium members, and partner organizations.
• Examine protection monitoring reports to verify their quality, consistency, and conformity with established methodologies and objectives.
• Guide the identification of protection monitoring trends to facilitate evidence-based programming
• Represent CMU in pertinent public forums, donor engagements, and technical seminars pertaining to protection monitoring.
• Assist P2P consortium members in establishing, managing, and overseeing protection-monitoring partnerships, ensuring alignment of tools, methodologies, and reporting standards.

Requirements of Protection Monitoring Coordinator Jobs in Tunisia:
